What is Nordic Walking?

An exciting new outdoor walking technique using specifically designed walking poles for a whole body workout;

Walking is well known to be the easiest and most accessible form of exercise recommended by all doctors and fitness experts.  Nordic Walking evolved in Finland as a summer training for cross country skiers becoming recognised as a very effective way of enhancing the benefits of normal walking.
